03:00 – 04:00 Pick-up and Transfer:
- Hotel pick-up in Cusco. Transfer to the train station (usually Ollantaytambo for the morning train).
05:00 – 08:30 Train Journey :
- Scenic tourist train ride to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo).
08:30 – 09:30 Quick Ascent & Huayna Picchu:
- Bus transfer from Aguas Calientes to the Machu Picchu entrance. Immediate entry and ascent to Huayna Picchu (depending on the specific permit window secured).
09:30 – 12:30 Climb and Descent:
- Time dedicated to climbing up and down the Huayna Picchu mountain.
12:30 – 14:30 Guided Tour of Machu Picchu:
- Meeting with the guide. Full guided tour of the Machu Picchu Inca Citadel (main circuit).
14:30 – 16:00 Lunch and Descent:

Important: The entry to Wayna Picchu is limited to 400 visitors per day; therefore, it is advisable to reserve your entrance tickets to the mountain well in advance.
