QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions About the 4-Day Tour Package

Why is a 4-month advance booking required for Circuit 2 in 2027?

Circuit 2 is the most requested route as it includes the iconic panoramic postcard view. Because daily government visitor caps for 2027 are strictly enforced, booking 4 months in advance ensures your group’s official permits before quotas sell out.

How do you guarantee that group members travel together on train and entry slots?

We specialize in group bookings. We issue all train tickets (PeruRail / Inca Rail) and official Citadel permits in unified batches at the time of booking, ensuring everyone shares the same train carriage and entry time.

How does this 4-day Cusco and Machu Picchu package help prevent altitude sickness?

Our itinerary follows a gradual altitude progression. After arriving in Cusco (11,150 ft / 3,400 m), you descend to the Sacred Valley (9,180 ft / 2,800 m) on Day 2 and sleep in Aguas Calientes (6,690 ft / 2,040 m). Sleeping at a lower elevation helps your body rest before exploring Machu Picchu.

Can we customize hotels or book a "Services-Only" package?

Yes. You can select your preferred hotel category (3★, 4★, or 5★) or choose our “Services-Only” package if you have already arranged your own hotel accommodations in Cusco and Aguas Calientes.

How are official tickets and vouchers delivered to us?

Once processed through the official government portal and train operators, digital PDF vouchers are emailed to you. Upon arrival in Cusco, our ground staff delivers physical tickets and provides a thorough orientation briefing.

What documentation is required to validate student or child discount rates?

For university students, a valid University Student ID card (with photo and expiration date visible) is required. For children aged 3 to 17, a scanned passport copy is necessary to apply the official government discount.

What happens if my flight to Cusco is delayed?

We track incoming flights in real-time. If your arrival flight is rescheduled or delayed, our operations team will adjust your private airport pickup without additional charges.

What payment methods do you accept for international group bookings?

We accept secure USD payments via international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and direct wire transfers.
