Maras Moray Half Day ATV

Get ready for an adrenaline-filled and cultural experience! Our half-day ATV tour will take you to explore the Sacred Valley in a unique way, combining the excitement of off-roading with the ancient history of the Andes..

Part 1: The Beginning of the Adventure (Morning or Afternoon).

Pickup in Cusco (7:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.): We begin the day by picking you up at your hotel for a convenient transfer to the adventure’s starting point.
Training at the Base: We will arrive at our base of operations in the community of Cruz Pata, about 45 minutes from Cusco. Here, we will provide you with all the necessary safety equipment and give you a training session on ATV handling. Don’t worry if you’re inexperienced; we guarantee you’ll feel ready for the road in no time.
Start of the Tour: You’ll fire up your ATV to begin the journey. Speed along dirt roads and rural trails, enjoying stunning panoramic views of the majestic Andean mountains and farmland.

Part 2: Exploring the Andean Wonders.

Visit to Moray: We’ll stop our ATVs to explore the fascinating archaeological site of Moray. Its circular terraces, carved into the earth, are a mystery of Inca engineering. It is believed that they functioned as an experimental agricultural laboratory.
Visit to the Maras Salt Mines: We’ll continue the route to the famous town of Maras. From there, we’ll hike to see the amazing Maras Salt Mines. Prepare for an incredible view of thousands of salt wells that have been exploited by hand since ancient times, creating a landscape that seems like something out of this world.

Part 3: Return to Cusco.

End of the ATV Tour: After completing the visit to the salt mines, we’ll return to our base of operations by ATV to finish the route.
Return to the City: Our transportation will be waiting to take you back to Cusco. The tour ends near the Plaza de Armas or at your hotel, leaving you with unforgettable memories of this adventure.
